8 week Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath Journey
This beautiful 8 week journey is designed to help awaken and balance your energy centres so that you can BE your most empowered self. You will not only gain a deeper understanding of the 7 chakras and the aura but more importantly have your unique experience that is meant for you at the time.
Each class builds on the previous week so you’ll get the most out of it if you attend the whole course, however, if it is not possible for you at this time, the single class option is also available.
All levels are welcome including beginners. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. This is a friendly space.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
We will use a wide range of holistic modalities to create an immersive experience into the energy vortexes also known as the chakras. When our chakras are balanced, we feel more aligned, at peace and radiant. We are able to manifest what we want and attract positive experiences and opportunities into our life.

Kundalini Yoga
Each week, you will be guided through a series of yogic postures designed to activate and balance a specific chakra, such as the heart or solar plexus. Kundalini energy is often described as a dormant serpent coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened through movement, breathwork, and energetic activation. As this powerful energy rises, it unlocks your infinite potential, deepens your self-awareness, and cultivates a profound sense of empowerment.

A Somatic Approach
When we hold energetic or emotional blocks in our body, they must first be released to create space for true healing. Kundalini Yoga offers a powerful, somatic approach to unlocking these stored emotions, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself and integrate your experiences. In this practice, you’ll be held in a safe, compassionate space where you can move through your unique healing journey with trust and ease.
Essential Oils
We will indulge in the soothing power of essential oils, carefully selected to enhance our chakra journey. These aromatic blends will support your energy work, inviting deeper relaxation and alignment. A beautiful way to integrate their benefits is by gently massaging them onto your pulse points and inhaling their fragrance, allowing the scent to ground you in the present moment and elevate your practice.

Crystals
Crystals are powerful allies on our spiritual journey, helping to dissolve stagnant energy, support deep healing, and enhance intuition. Each week, you’ll be invited to choose a crystal to work with, allowing its unique energy to guide and support you throughout the class. As a certified Crystal Healer, Kristina will share her carefully curated collection with the group, offering insight into their properties and uses. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own crystals if you feel called to do so.

Meditation
The Kundalini Yoga tradition offers a rich variety of meditation techniques, each designed to elevate consciousness and deepen self-awareness. Throughout our sessions, we will explore breathwork, the vibration of ancient mantras, sacred mudras, and gentle movement—each element working together to guide you into expanded states of awareness. This holistic approach allows you to experience meditation in a dynamic and deeply transformative way.

Sound Healing
At the end of each class, you will be invited to fully relax as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you. These healing frequencies work on both a cellular and energetic level, gently dissolving stress and anxiety, restoring balance, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate. This immersive sound experience will leave you feeling deeply nourished, harmonised, and at peace.

Astrology
We look to the planetary alignments in the sky to understand how they shape our experiences here on Earth—as above, so below. With so much shifting both collectively and individually, these cosmic influences offer valuable insight and guidance. At the start of each class, Kristina will share the most exciting astrological highlights of the week, along with practical tips on how to harness celestial energy in your daily life.

12th February – Week 1
Root Chakra / Muladhara
Associated location: the bottom of the spine, it is related to survival and grounding. The root forms the foundation that our life and spiritual journey are built on. The shadow aspect when unbalanced is fear.

19th February – Week 2
Sacral Chakra / Swadhisthana
Associated location: the reproductive organs. This is the centre for creativity and pleasure. It is associated with the sweetness of life and playfulness. The shadow aspect if unbalanced is guilt.

26th February – Week 3
Solar Plexus/ Manipura
Associated location: the solar plexus. It governs the digestive system and liver. It is the source of our inner power, strength and helps take the necessary action. If unbalanced we may feel sluggish and passive in life.

5th March – Week 4
Heart chakra / Anahata
This is the centre for connection, trust, forgiveness, compassion, and unconditional love. We evolve through the heart as the frequency of the Earth rises. The shadow aspect is grief.

12th March – Week 5
Throat chakra/ Vissudha
Associated with clear communication, manifestation and the power of our words. If unbalanced we might feel unheard or have difficulty hearing what others have to say.

19th March – Week 6
Third eye / Ajna
Associated location: the brow point. It is linked with the pineal gland. The third eye is the centre of intuition, inner knowing and being able to see the unseen. When aligned, we feel that we are at the right place at the right time and are mystically guided by the Universe. The shadow side is illusion.

26th March – Week 7
Crown chakra / Sahasrara
Associated location: the head, it is linked to the pituitary gland and represents unity between finite and infinite, our physical self and the Universe. The shadow side is attachment.

5th April – Week 8
The Aura
This is our radiance and combines the energies of all the chakras. The aura projects who we are into the world as well as our intentions, dreams and wishes. When strong, it has the ability to protects us from negative energies. The shadow aspects are shyness, withdrawal and vulnerability.

WHAT TO BRING?
-A yoga mat (if you do not own a mat, I will have some spare at the venue that you are welcome to use)
-Blanket or shawl to cover yourself during deep relaxation
-A bottle of water to stay hydrated
-If you have a yoga cushion or yoga blocks, they will come in useful (I also have some at the venue)
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CLASS?
I do not advise to come on a full stomach as this will make the yogic practice more challenging. A light snack or fruit is ok.
Wear comfortable loose clothing that you can easily move in.
PARKING
You can park for FREE at the Castle Street Car Park, CF47 8UB. Please use the outside car park rather than the multi storey as it gets locked at night.

Contraindications: unfortunately, this course is not suitable for pregnant women, people with a pacemaker or those who suffer from epilepsy.
