Join a 6 week breathwork course that will support emotional resilience and deepen your connection with yourself. Each session will be different as we explore powerful guided breathwork practices. The effects are cumulative and get better and better over time.

Where?

The breathwork sessions take place online via Zoom. You will be able to join the practice from the comfort of your home or wherever you are at the time (provided you have internet access).

What time?

Each week we will meet 7pm – 8pm. This 60 minute session will help you integrate what happened during the day and prepare you for peaceful sleep.

What if I miss a session?

You will receive a link to the session recording within 24 hours and will be able to access it for a month.

Is it suitable for me?

This class is inclusive of all levels, however, if you have any concerns regarding your health or ability to engage with the class, please get in touch.

The 40 day breathwork group gave me a lot more than I anticipated. It took me deeper into myself, whilst being supported by a very loving and non-judgemental group of people.
