Where will we meet?

The breathwork sessions take place online via Zoom. You will be able to join the practice from the comfort of your home or wherever you are at the time (provided you have good internet access).

How long will it take?

Each week we will meet 6:30pm – 7:30pm. This 60 minute session will help you integrate what happened during the day and prepare you for peaceful sleep.

What if I miss a session?

You will receive a link to the session recording within 24 hours and will be able to access it for 3 months.

Is it suitable for me?

These sessions are inclusive of all levels whether you are experienced with breathwork or just starting. Although you will learn how the practice works, the focus is on the experience itself which can be different each time depending on how you are feeling at the time. structure of the session

What to expect?

We’ll start each session with 5 minutes of gentle stretches to relax the tension in the body.

You will be invited to set an intention for the practice so that you are consciously manifesting the changes that you want to see and experience in your life.

Kristina will the guide you through several powerful breathwork practices each week taking you on a deep inner experience.

You will have an opportunity to note down any important insights in your journal and keep track of your growth over the 6 weeks.

To close, a soothing deep relaxation will ensure that the benefits of the practice are fully integrated, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to your true self.
